João Victor D’alves is an audiovisual director, producer and manager.
Graduated in Social Communication from the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and has a postgraduate diploma in Cultural Management from Centro Universitário SENAC.
He has been working for over 35 years in arts, entertainment and communication; as an actor, host, reporter, theater and TV producer, with public and private funding projects, including entertainment, documentaries and advertising.
As an audiovisual director, he was responsible for content produced for CNN Brasil, AXN, History Channel, E! Entertainment, Fox Channel, Meta, Banco BMG, among others. Give prominence to Web Reality Dog Challenge (History Channel) and Doc Reality Perícia Lab (AXN).
As a producer, he has worked with the main entertainment companies in the world: Warner Bros. Discovery, Sony Pictures and Meta. The highlight are the non-fiction series Descosturando com Herchcovitch (Warner Bros. Discovery), Perícia Lab (Sony Pictures), the documentaries All That Drags, Vozes do E! (E! Entertainment) and Herchcovitch; Exposto (HBO).
He is currently Regional Manager and VP of New Business at Mood Hunter Produções, where he manages the production of hundreds of short and long audiovisual pieces and works in connection with branch offices in Colombia and the United States.
Furthermore, he has participated in its organizational structure - Mood Hunter went from a team of 4 professionals in 2017 to a team of approximately 40 in 2024. He was also involved in the process of going from a 100% in-person work model to a 100% remote work model.
